Capel Manor College is seeking to appoint an Employer Engagement Advisor to support the growth and delivery of our Skills Bootcamps provision. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in connecting employers with our Bootcamp learners, ensuring strong links between training and progression into sustainable employment.
The postholder will be responsible for engaging with employers across London and the wider region, promoting Skills Bootcamps, securing progression opportunities, and ensuring employers are actively involved in programme delivery. You will work closely with learners, tutors, and employability staff to support job matching, interview preparation, and progression tracking, ensuring Bootcamp outcomes are met in line with contract requirements.

About You

Experience of employer engagement, recruitment, business development, or apprenticeship/skills delivery.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employers, stakeholders, and learners.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.

Knowledge of local and regional labour markets.

A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Experience of working on funded contracts or employability programmes is desirable.
