  • About The Role and Person

  • Capel Manor College, London’s specialist environmental college, is looking for a motivated and target-driven Learner Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment team.

    In this role, you’ll work with employers, community partners, and prospective learners to recruit apprentices and promote our adult learning provision—including our flexible distance learning offer. You’ll deliver a high-quality recruitment service, matching the right learners to the right opportunities, and supporting them from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

    Whether you’re from an education recruitment background or have proven success in sales and business development, this role offers the chance to make a genuine difference to people’s lives while meeting recruitment targets for our apprenticeship and distance learning programmes.

    What you will do:

    • Engage and support employers with their apprenticeship recruitment needs.

    • Promote adult learning courses, including distance learning, in the community through events, presentations, and targeted outreach.

    • Convert enquiries into enrolments by providing excellent information, advice, and guidance.

    • Build strong relationships with employers, community partners, and internal teams.

    • Track recruitment performance using CRM systems and deliver against agreed targets.

    • Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a related field.

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    • A target-driven approach with the ability to manage and convert a pipeline of leads.

    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Generous Annual Leave

Academic staff and those on Leadership and Management scales receive 45 days of leave. Business and Learning Support staff get 30-32 days, with an additional five days after four years of service. All entitlements include bank holidays
